3. How to Redeem: Upon completing the above form, a discount code will be sent to you via text message. You must present this code at the time of your first treatment to redeem the $100 discount. The offer must be used within 30 days of receiving the discount code.

4. Restrictions:
- This offer is only applicable to treatments and cannot be applied towards the purchase of skincare products.
